material defects, and structural/workmanship issues.
Installation Impact
- 24 months warranty if installed by authorized installer or official team
- 12 months warranty if self-installed or installed by a third-party contractor
What is NOT Covered
- Natural wood behavior (cracks, color changes, warping)
- Improper installation or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Weather damage (rain, wind, lightning, etc.)
- Unauthorized modifications
