  • We currently ship only within the United States.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is provided on all orders—no minimum purchase required.

Order Processing & Delivery

  • Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Shipping Time: In-stock items usually arrive within 3–5 business days. Larger items or custom orders may require additional time; we will notify you if a delay occurs.

  • Shipping Carriers: We use FedEx Ground and other trusted carriers. Some large or heavy items may ship via freight services. Any special delivery instructions will be communicated in advance.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email.

Receiving & Inspecting Your Order

  • Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery for any visible damage.

  • Record any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • Report any missing or damaged items within 48 hours so we can address the issue promptly.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@infinitysaunas.com.

  • We will replace damaged or missing items at no additional cost and provide guidance on returning items if necessary.
