Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).
Shipping Time: In-stock items generally ship within 3–5 business days. Transit times may vary based on the destination and freight carrier scheduling.
Freight Delivery: Dynamic Saunas are shipped via LTL freight and delivered on a pallet. The freight carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a convenient delivery appointment.
Delivery Type: Standard delivery is curbside. The carrier will deliver the pallet to the curb or the nearest accessible location at the delivery address. The carrier is not responsible for moving the sauna inside the home or to the final installation location.
Tracking: Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Important: Please inspect the shipment for visible damage upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt before accepting the shipment.
Dynamic Saunas are backed by a 5-year limited warranty covering the wood structure (under normal indoor use and proper maintenance), control panel, control panel wiring harnesses, and interior lighting, effective from the original date of purchase.
