Your SaunaLife sauna is delivered as a DIY assembly kit, securely packaged on a large pallet and shipped via LTL freight. Before delivery, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery appointment.
Curbside Delivery: The driver will lower the pallet to ground level at the curb. From there, you can move the individual sauna components to your desired installation location. Most panels and components can be comfortably handled by two people. At the driver's discretion, the shipment may be placed inside a nearby garage if access and conditions permit.
Each shipment includes tracking updates and protective packaging to help ensure your sauna arrives safely and securely.

The shipping rate includes transportation of the sauna heater and any additional accessories included with your order.
Delivery & Assembly
All SaunaLife shipments are handled through LTL freight services, which require a scheduled delivery appointment. You will be contacted in advance to coordinate your delivery.
Once delivered, most SaunaLife saunas can be assembled by two people in less than a day, depending on the model and site conditions.
