Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Infinity Sauna. Our goal is to deliver premium sauna products along with reliable customer support. Please review the information below regarding order processing, cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Order Processing & Cancellations

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, depending on product availability.

  • If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you with an updated estimated shipping timeframe.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase at no charge, provided the order has not shipped.

  • Cancellations requested after 24 hours are subject to a 3% processing fee.

  • Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refused Deliveries

  • If a shipment is refused for reasons unrelated to damage or an error on our part, a restocking fee of 20% will apply (35% for select brands).

  • Original shipping costs and return freight charges will be deducted from the refund.


2. Returns

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 45 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging in resalable condition.

How to Start a Return

  • Contact us at support@infinitysaunas.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA).

  • Returns must include the assigned RMA number and follow the instructions provided by our support team.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to shipping damage or our error.

  • We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking and shipping insurance.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be calculated as the purchase price minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.

Restocking & Handling Fees

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to returned items.

  • Additional re-boxing or handling fees may apply if packaging is damaged or incomplete.


4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Products

  • Products damaged during transit will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.

  • For manufacturer warranty issues, we will assist in coordinating a resolution or replacement.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom-built or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Replacement parts

  • Sauna wood materials

  • Items that have been installed, modified, or used
